Roboform is a password manager and auto web forms filling software for just about any web page you'll come up against.  I've been using it for about a month now and it is a real time saver.  It is free to try, and only about $30 US to buy.  It supports password generation, auto-fill, auto-login and auto-saves new account information.  I currently use it for about twenty different internet accounts and it works wonderfully.  It is as simple as clicking on a button, so it greatly reduces the amount of time spent on typing info, and eliminates typos.  You personal information is stored (and I recommend using) 3DES encryption ... it is positively safe.  Never loose a password again.

ReGet is a download manager for web based downloads.  Perhaps the easiest to use download manager I've ever seen.  You can create filters that all you to simple click anywhere on the web page containing one or more files that you want to download and select "Download All by ReGet Deluxe".  Check the fill listing, then click OK to start the download.  It supports multi-file, multi-connection downloads and even includes a bandwidth limiter.  Anyone downloading large number of files, of whatever type, will save massive amounts of time and mouse clicks with this software.
